Cici Arabian is the President and CEO of Baychem. Ms. Arabian is responsible for growing
Baychem’s business in the aerospace industry, as well as expanding its
footprint in other markets including energy and solar, biotech and medical, and
metal processing and finishing.
Prior to joining Baychem, Ms. Arabian was the Director of Marketing at Accela, Inc., the leading provider of e-government software for state and local agencies.
Ms. Arabian has a bachelor's degree in English, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of California Berkeley.
Ghassem (Gus) Arabian: COO
Gus Arabian is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Baychem. Until 2011, Mr. Arabian served as the President and CEO of Baychem and was responsible for managing the expansion and growth of the company. Under Mr. Arabian's direction, the company grew over 800% in the last 25 years.
Prior to Baychem, Mr. Arabian was a Senior Engineer at Bechtel Corporation. While at Bechtel, he was responsible for strategic planning related to the company's nuclear waste isolation plants.
Mr. Arabian holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
